SlimyBbies is a handmade slime shop. All products are crafted by hand in small batches. Our website is operated at pinkpopslime.com
2. Eligibility
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent), and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
All slimes are handmade in small batches. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches — this is a natural feature of handmade goods, not a defect.
Our slimes are intended for ages 8 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 8. Slimes are NOT edible. Keep away from pets.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other Stripe-supported payment methods.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including product names, photos, descriptions, logos, and branding — is owned by SlimyBbies and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
SlimyBbies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
